Dianne Dyer-Bruggeman

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources

Dianne Dyer-Bruggeman is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. Ms. Dyer-Bruggeman is responsible for leading and managing Broadcom's HR organization to the next level of growth, including organizational development, employee relations, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention strategies, and integration of acquisitions. Ms. Dyer-Bruggeman has served for more than 20 years in senior executive positions in a number of industries.

Ms. Dyer-Bruggeman joined Broadcom in April 2004 as Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, she held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for nearly nine years at Titan Corporation, an information technology firm predominately focused on the defense and homeland security industries. Prior to joining Titan in 1995, Ms. Dyer-Bruggeman spent eight years as a consultant working with start-up and development stage companies, and two years in executive search. Previously she served as Director of Human Resources for the Peninsula Times Tribune, a Tribune Company, and was Director of Personnel for Arthur Andersen & Co. She also served as Manager of Training and Development for the Chicago Sun-Times. Ms. Dyer-Bruggeman received a B.A. in language and education from Ithaca College in New York.
